Over time Marta has gained a supreme understanding of the coffee-making process. This scientific know-how is complemented by finely-tuned senses, innate instinct and an appreciation for the art in her craft. “I have a degree in chemistry, and MBAs in project management and food technique,” she says. Her broad range of skills enable her to work with, and guide, different teams, from farmers and grinders to roasters and tasters. “I'm just passionate about coffee,” she smiles. “It’s my life.”
